[xmppd-dev] jabberd14 1.6 install help

Hi Paul!

You need pkg-config which is in the package with the same name.

Beside installing the right packages, you should get no problem 
compiling jabberd14 under Ubuntu, as I do develop jabberd14 under Debian 
and Ubuntu.
